Introduction:
Welcome to DG Pro Ventures. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Payment Terms:
All invoices must be paid before the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription & Retainer services are billed on the 1st of every month and must be paid within 3 days to avoid disruption.
Project-based work requires a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a 5-10% late fee.
Service Scope & Revisions:
Each project includes 2-3 revisions (unless otherwise specified). Additional revisions are charged at $XX per hour.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals promptly to avoid project delays.
DG Pro Ventures is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required assets.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:
We respect client confidentiality and will not share business information with third parties.
All designs, content, and digital assets created remain the property of DG Pro Ventures until full payment is received.
Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or modify our work without permission.
Service Termination:
DG Pro Ventures reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or failure to comply with project timelines.
Clients must provide written notice at least 14 days in advance before terminating ongoing services.
Liability Disclaimer:
Any disputes must first be resolved through direct communication.
