Due to the nature of our digital and service-based work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Clients must cancel services at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
If a client cancels a project before work starts, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.
No refunds will be issued once a project is in progress.
If a client is dissatisfied, we offer reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service suspension.
Clients must communicate refund concerns directly with us before filing disputes.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where DG Pro Ventures fails to deliver work as per agreed terms.
