General Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our digital and service-based work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

Subscription & Retainer Services:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Clients must cancel services at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Project-Based Work Refunds:

  • If a client cancels a project before work starts, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once a project is in progress.

  • If a client is dissatisfied, we offer reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

Payment Disputes:

  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service suspension.

  • Clients must communicate refund concerns directly with us before filing disputes.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be issued only in cases where DG Pro Ventures fails to deliver work as per agreed terms.
